In Amazon’s UK store, Not Exactly Allies is currently sitting side by side with Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, with LeCarre’s book heading the paid list, and my book heading the free list.
For the record, Not Exactly Allies, the third book in the MI5 1/2 Series, is rather less serious than the competition. There’s more romance (clean romance, by the way), more humor (or do I mean humour?), and more Christianity in evidence. There’s a lot about corrupt people in government, and moles, and such, so it is a book about intrigue. But don’t expect gritty or hard boiled.
The free promotion ends tonight, at about midnight Pacific time. The first two books in the series are sale priced at 99 cents for Kindle, through the weekend.
